Developer Terms

1. Introduction

These Developer Terms ("Terms") govern your participation as a developer on the SUZUH platform. By submitting, uploading, or otherwise making available any modified applications ("Mods") to SUZUH, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit any Mods to our platform.

2. Developer Eligibility

To be eligible to submit Mods to SUZUH, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must also have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit your Mods and grant the licenses described in these Terms.

3. Submission Guidelines

All Mods submitted to SUZUH must comply with the following guidelines:

• Mods must not contain malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Mods must be clearly described, including all modifications made to the original application.
• Mods must not be designed to steal user data or compromise user security.
• Mods must not enable illegal activities or violate any applicable laws.
• Mods must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Mods must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
• Mods must be stable and not cause excessive crashes or system issues.
• Mods must include accurate information about compatibility and system requirements.

4. Review Process

All Mods submitted to SUZUH undergo a review process before being published on the platform. SUZUH reserves the right to reject any Mod that does not comply with these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. The review process may include security scanning, functionality testing, and content review. SUZUH may request additional information or modifications before approving a Mod for publication.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting a Mod to SUZUH, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the creator of the Mod or have all necessary rights to submit the Mod and grant the licenses described in these Terms.
• Your Mod does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You acknowledge that the original application that your Mod is based on may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by third parties.
• You understand that SUZUH does not claim ownership of your Mod, but you grant SUZUH certain licenses as described in Section 6.

6. License Grant

By submitting a Mod to SUZUH, you grant SUZUH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, and make your Mod available on the SUZUH platform.
• Distribute your Mod to users of the SUZUH platform.
• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display your Mod for the purpose of operating and improving the SUZUH platform.
• Use your name, likeness, and other identifying information in connection with your Mod.

7. Removal of Mods

SUZUH reserves the right to remove any Mod from the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, complaints from third parties, or quality concerns. You may also request the removal of your Mod by contacting SUZUH, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all copies that may have been downloaded by users.

8. Updates and Maintenance

As a developer, you are responsible for maintaining and updating your Mods to ensure compatibility with new versions of the original application and to address any bugs or security issues. SUZUH may notify you of issues with your Mod that require attention, and failure to address these issues may result in the removal of your Mod from the platform.

9. User Feedback and Support

SUZUH may provide mechanisms for users to provide feedback on your Mods. You are encouraged to review this feedback and address any issues raised by users. While SUZUH may provide basic support for users, you are primarily responsible for providing technical support for your Mods.

10. Monetization

SUZUH currently does not offer direct monetization options for developers. All Mods on the platform are provided to users free of charge. You may not include any payment mechanisms or paywalls within your Mods. SUZUH reserves the right to introduce monetization options in the future, subject to separate terms and conditions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SUZUH provides the platform for hosting and distributing Mods "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SUZUH does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUZUH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform or any aspect of your relationship with SUZUH.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SUZUH, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your Mod caused damage to a user or third party.

14. Changes to These Terms

SUZUH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued submission of Mods to SUZUH after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

SUZUH may terminate your access to the platform and remove your Mods at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your relationship with SUZUH by removing all of your Mods from the platform and ceasing to submit new Mods.
